​unemployment rates that average 4.59% in 2025 (this number was 3.25% in 2019).

• 💼 Conference Board research reveals that ~20% of US employers plan to decelerate their hiring efforts during 2025’s second half. This will further exacerbate the poor state of the labor market. Maybe an interest rate cut isn't such a bad idea...

The best-case scenario is that the Fed gets it right and improves the labor market without raising inflation too much.
