We just wanted to report on the Circle IPO that happened earlier today, in case you missed it.

We're technically not a crypto newsletter, but it's good practice to keep an eye on this industry since it's highly correlated with the stock market. 📈

If you didn't know, Circle is the company behind the USDC stablecoin, which ranks #2 globally in terms of market cap (second to Tether's USDT stablecoin).

Btw, a stablecoin is a type of crypto that's designed to maintain a stable value by being pegged to a fiat currency (e.g., US dollar) or commodity (e.g., gold).

Anyways, Circle went public today and its stock skyrocketed! 🚀

We've consistently said that investing in a company right after its IPO is risky because trading volume and price action are still volatile. ⚠️

But...

Based on today's strong performance and Circle's healthy financial standing, it's tempting to join the IPO party...

Stablecoins (and crypto in general) aren't going anywhere. Adoption is steadily climbing and the regulatory framework is being worked out as we speak.
